Service Description

ATHLETES -These workout sessions are customized towards all rotational athletes, however, most of our athletes are baseball pitchers and catchers who attend. PRE-REQUISITE -14U Starter Camp(s) and/or -Initial Evaluation: 11U, 14U, or STAT Test (Age Pending) SESSION INCLUDES -Full Body Warmup -Arm Care & Recovery -Pre/Post ArmCare Exams -Velocity Protocols (Age & Athlete Specific) -Customized Drill Work -Post Arm Care FAQ -Will there be bullpens? **No bullpens are guaranteed unless we have a smaller group. These workouts change based on our science-based protocols. For some families, they compliment our weekly Baseball Bullpens. For athletes from out of town, they provide additional a comprehensive workout they can repeat between trips to our facility. -Do I need an assessment before starting? **Yes, all of our athletes need to attend our starter camps or be evaluated prior to these sessions. -What age groups are best for this service? **This session is guided more for all ages, but individuals training who have had a personalized evaluation. New or youth athletes should join our hour baseball pitching sessions.

Cancellation Policy

As changes occur in athlete and coaching availability, the following policy changes will be in effect: •All training must be scheduled via Wix member page/app for a session unless otherwise notified by Coach Christenson. •All sessions must be attended unless a valid excuse (Covid-19, Sickness, Death in Family, etc.) •If there is a cancellation, within the 24-hour cancellation deadline, clients may send videos via OnForm to be analyzed to supplement their lesson. •If an injury is permanent due to whatever the cause and the player cannot continue, Precision Pitching will considering partial to full refund based on the injury and its cause. •If Coach Christenson is unavailable for a session, another substitute coach may be provided. If a qualified coach is not available, the athlete will be credited for their session. •Precision Pitching, and Coach Ryan Christenson, reserve the right to decline and refund any purchased sessions not redeemed anytime for any reason.
