Cancellation Policy

As changes occur in athlete and coaching availability, the following policy changes will be in effect: •All training must be scheduled via Wix member page/app for a session unless otherwise notified by Coach Christenson. •All sessions must be attended unless a valid excuse (Covid-19, Sickness, Death in Family, etc.) •If there is a cancellation, within the 24-hour cancellation deadline, clients may send videos via OnForm to be analyzed to supplement their lesson. •If an injury is permanent due to whatever the cause and the player cannot continue, Precision Pitching will considering partial to full refund based on the injury and its cause. •If Coach Christenson is unavailable for a session, another substitute coach may be provided. If a qualified coach is not available, the athlete will be credited for their session. •Precision Pitching, and Coach Ryan Christenson, reserve the right to decline and refund any purchased sessions not redeemed anytime for any reason.
